NICK WEYBRIGHT  |  President

Nick Weybright graduated Summa Cum Laude from Indiana University from the Kelley School of Business in 1990.  Nick started Weybright Management, Inc., formerly Weybright Properties, in 1990 with the purchase of homes near Manchester University’s campus with his brother and his friends as the first student residents. Since its inception, Weybright Management, Inc. has expanded to Marian University, Butler University, Ball State University, and most recently to Nick’s alma mater, Indiana University. Nick is a proud Hoosier and enjoys serving  these University’s students as off campus residents.  In his free time he enjoys spending time golfing, playing pickleball, boating and traveling with his three children, Mea, Max, and Jack.

PROPERTY & ACQUISITIONS  MANAGER

Lisa serves as both Property and Acquisitions Manager.  She demonstrates a solid foundation of over a decade in the property management and real estate industry.  Her responsibilities include all aspects of managing residential properties, resident relations, client communications and satisfaction,  lease administration, and coordination of a team of Leasing Consultants. In addition, Lisa manages all new property acquisitions in the Butler and Marian University regions.

Pete owns Butler Property Management LLC, which coordinates new resident move-ins, repairs, and landscaping needs of Weybright Properties. Pete has been affiliated with Weybright Properties since 1996 and at our Butler locations since 2002.

JASION

MAINTENANCE

Jasion assists with daily maintenance requests as part of the Butler Property Management team.

REYES

Reyes handles all landscaping needs as part of the Butler Property Management team.
